We are looking for a passionate SEN Teacher with QTS to support children and young people aged 5–15 in a specialist educational setting. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working 8.45am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday. Pupils have a range of Special Educational Needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Associated learning and developmental difficulties

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

Support pupils’ academic, emotional and social development

Work closely with support staff, families and external professionals
Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Minimum 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children
-
Experience with SEN or specialist settings is highly desirable
-

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
