We have an exciting opening for a full-time SEN Teacher at a welcoming secondary campus in Poole. This is your chance to work with students aged 16 to 18 years and deliver high-quality teaching that transforms lives.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and fulfilling position where you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
You will work closely with a dedicated team to create a positive classroom environment that encourages progress and achievement.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at secondary level.
- A minimum of six months’ childcare experience, ideally supporting students with additional needs.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire confidence in learners.
- A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.
Experience working with students who require additional support will be highly beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
