Job description

We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher (QTS) to work full-time with students aged 11–16 within a specialist secondary setting.

This role offers consistent hours from 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with secondary teaching work available and an immediate start.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have a minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting learners with SEN

  • Be confident teaching secondary-age pupils (11–16)

  • Be patient, resilient and adaptable

  • Drive, due to the school’s location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
