We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN teacher or Graduate SEN Teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs. What You’ll Do:
• Support students with Special Educational Needs in both 1:1 and small-group settings
• Help adapt learning activities to meet individual student needs
• Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to create inclusive, engaging lessons
• Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students
• Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and strategies
• Contribute to a calm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Take part in training, mentoring, and professional development focused on SEN education
• Get involved in school life, enrichment activities, and student support programmes
