SEN Teacher – Immediate Start | Aylesbury | Full-Time

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs?

A fantastic Primary SEN School in Aylesbury is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their supportive team immediately.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), teaching and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be happy to take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and assessment.

The Role

  • Full-time position – 5 days per week
  • Immediate start available
  • Teaching primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to support pupil development
  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

✅ Experience teaching children with SEN, or strong experience working within specialist settings

✅ Confidence in planning and delivering differentiated lessons

✅ A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

✅ Passion for helping every child achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
