SEN TA Liverpool

Are you driven by the desire to help and support others with Special Educational Needs? Want to help improve the learning of SEN pupils, then this role might be for you.

SEN students fall under various categories but all of them need the support from a caring, calm devoted SEN Teaching Assistant who can help them in all aspects of their learning.  Becoming an SEN Teaching Assistant means you’ll be rewarded daily with internal satisfaction knowing you are making the difference to SEN children’s lives, whilst facing daily challenges from these students. 

Starting in September 2020, a school located in the heart of Liverpool, is looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time temporary basis which is likely to be until July 2021!

The SENCO and pastoral team are looking for a passionate, patient and self-motivated individual who can support pupils identified with mild to moderate SEN including; Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD. The Students are needful of extra support with lesson engagement, reading/writing support  with 1:1 sessions.

  • Previous experience with SEN and young people is essential to the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
