A nurturing and inclusive school in Clitheroe is looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join their team from September.
The successful candidate will provide classroom and one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs, helping them access education and achieve positive outcomes.
The Role
- Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist with academic, social and emotional development.
- Support learning activities in and out of the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents.
- Encourage independence and confidence.

- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- Compassionate, patient and resilient attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
