Job description

- Provide assistance to pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Lead and organise sensory breaks throughout the school day.
- Support learning through continuous provision, ensuring pupils make progress towards their personalised targets.
We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Understanding of continuous provision and the EYFS curriculum.
- A calm, nurturing and consistent approach with strong communication skills.
- Resilience and flexibility to adapt to pupils’ varying needs during the day.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.
