We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Guildford. The Role

As an SEN LSA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Support children with SEN, including autism (ASC), ADHD, learning difficulties and communication needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Help pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
• Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Create a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
• Is patient, empathetic, resilient and adaptable.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
• Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable, but not essential).
• Is committed to helping every child achieve their best.
