SEMH Teaching Assistant

Luton

£95 - £105 per day PAYE

September 2026 - July 2027

Do you have experience supporting children with SEMH needs? We're recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Luton this September.

You'll be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build confidence in the classroom.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children with SEMH needs
  • Is calm, patient, and resilient
  • Can build positive relationships and manage behaviour positively
  • Is passionate about making a difference every day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
