The Role

As a Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' emotional development, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement with education. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to create a supportive environment where young people feel safe, valued, and capable of achieving their goals.

  • Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, transitions, and enrichment activities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching and pastoral teams.
  • Encourage attendance, participation, and a positive attitude towards education.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
