£90 - £130 per day (Dependent on Experience)

We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in Northampton. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them build confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
  • Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
  • Build strong relationships with students and staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous SEN or behavioural support experience
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
  • Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
