£173.98 per day
⏰ 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers to work across a range of schools throughout Swansea and the wider West Wales area. Whether you're looking for consistent work or more flexible opportunities, we have roles to suit your needs.

The Role

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism
  • Support and inspire students across KS3–KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess and monitor student progress
  • Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of all learners

✅ Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
