Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher

Salary: £135 - £232 per day
Job Type: Flexible / Temporary / Supply

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking short-term placements, long-term assignments, or day-to-day cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school curriculum plans
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
  • Provide feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress and behaviour

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
  • Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
