Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? We are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bradford looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on supply.
Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional needs
-
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
-
Support students with SEN, SEMH or low-level learning needs
-
Build strong, positive relationships to encourage progress
-
Help create a calm, safe and supportive learning environment
✨ What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young adults (schools, youth work, tutoring, care etc.)
-
A calm, patient and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
❤️ A genuine passion for supporting students

Availability Monday–Friday (term-time)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
