Job Title: SE Tutor

Location: South East England, Surrey, Guildford

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in the subject area of specialisation
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
• Assess student's learning needs and develop tailored teaching plans
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
• Collaborate with other educators and professionals to enhance the learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in the subject area
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles

Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the subject area of specialisation

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong subject knowledge and expertise
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using educational technology and resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

Working Conditions:

• Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
• Work primarily in an educational setting
• Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a regular basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
