Teachers, Teaching Assistants or Graduates with experience of delivering Science tuition required for an Easter start. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to step away from the classroom but really make a difference in a one-to-one or small group setting.

An excellent secondary school in the Trafford area is looking to support pupils who have had their education affected by lockdown by investing in additional tuition and support to assist, stretch and challenge students in their core subjects. As a Science tutor, you will deliver tailored sessions on a 1:3 basis, which are designed to address any academic shortcomings or enhance pupil understanding to ensure pupil potential is fulfilled.

This role is open to any candidate who has experience tutoring or teaching Physics, Chemistry or Biology to GCSE (Higher Tier). We would welcome applications from candidates based in and around Trafford, as well as Stockport, South Manchester, Tameside and Macclesfield or Cheshire East areas.

This position is to deliver tuition in person at the school, so it is imperative that you are able to access schools in the Trafford area.

The role of a tutor is particularly suited to former teachers or teaching assistants, as well as high achieving graduates or candidates with experience of delivering Science tuition.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
