We are looking for a Maths and or Science specialist for one of our partnership schools in Plymouth. This school is in need of a graduate or teacher to support in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant capacity within their Maths and Science curriculum. 

The role:

  • Working in a class of up to 30 students, supporting where needed
  • Providing intervention for students who need extra help with the subject
  • 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
  • Very friendly and welcoming school
  • To start in January 2023 and will be on going until at least July 2023
  • The successful educator will ideally have a degree in Maths or Science

 

This role would be an excellent stepping stone for an aspiring teacher looking for additional work within education before doing a PGCE OR a recent graduate/ teacher trained individual who is looking for more experience before taking on a full time teaching role. 

 

Training is offered with this role; such as safeguarding and prevent and other additional nationwide qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
