Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons to students of varying abilities.

• Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering the full science curriculum.

• Assess, monitor, and support student progress with clear and constructive feedback.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic excellence.

• Use a range of innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding.

• Participate in departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and wider school activities.

Requirements

• A degree in Science, Education, or a related subject.

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A passion for education and a commitment to professional development.
