Science Teacher
Job description
A well-established secondary school in Oldham is seeking a dynamic and engaging Science Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. With excellent facilities and a strong emphasis on collaboration, this is the perfect opportunity to deliver exciting, hands-on science lessons that spark curiosity and encourage progress across KS3 and KS4. The role begins after the February half term and is a full-time position.
The school are looking for a Science Teacher who:
- Delivers engaging and practical science lessons that bring concepts to life
- Builds strong relationships and motivates pupils of all abilities
- Creates a positive, inclusive and well-structured learning environment
- Uses a range of teaching strategies to support progress and differentiation
- Works collaboratively within a supportive department and wider school team

You would be paid according to your teaching scale point (M1 -UPS3) £168.80 – £261.78 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
