Your Role

As a Sports Coach & Support Assistant, you’ll play an active role both on the field and in the classroom:

  • Support and co-deliver engaging PE lessons

  • Lead or assist with training sessions, fixtures, and after-school clubs

  • Help develop game strategies and student performance

  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching feedback

  • Promote teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship

  • Support students across general classroom subjects when needed

  • Ensure safe use of sports equipment and facilities

  • Assist with school competitions and sporting events

We’re Looking For

  • Students or graduates in a sports-related degree (or currently studying)

  • A genuine passion for working with young people

  • Energetic, reliable, and positive individuals

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Coaching, playing, or leadership experience (desirable, not essential)

  • First Aid/CPR (a bonus, not required)
