School Administrator – Middlesbrough Secondary Schools
Full time temporary positions, £95 to £110 per day dependent on experience.
Teaching Personnel is looking for an organised and reliable School Administrators to support secondary schools in Middlesbrough on a full time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing administrative support to the school office and senior staff
- Managing day to day tasks such as attendance, reception duties, and data entry
- Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Supporting with pupil records and general school administration
- Helping maintain a welcoming and efficient school environment
You need:
- Previous administrative or office experience (school based experience desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using IT systems and office software
- Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently
- Understanding of safeguarding in a school setting (training provided)
