Contract Type: Temporary

Working Hours: Flexible opportunities available

Pay: £14.25 - £14.75 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work alongside class teachers to support pupils in reaching their full potential.
  • Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups.
  • Encourage pupil engagement and confidence within the classroom.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive, safe and positive learning environment.
  • Support children with varying educational and pastoral needs across the school.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within a school or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, adaptable and proactive attitude.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
