We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school environment. This is a full-time position and is ideal for an experienced teacher who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience supporting or teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Must be available to work full-time.
Desirable
- Experience working within an SEN school, resource base, or mainstream setting supporting SEN learners.
- Knowledge of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches.
- Training in autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
