Qualified Teacher Required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school environment. This is a full-time position and is ideal for an experienced teacher who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Previous experience supporting or teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Must be available to work full-time.

Desirable

  • Experience working within an SEN school, resource base, or mainstream setting supporting SEN learners.
  • Knowledge of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches.
  • Training in autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.
