Teaching Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in the Glossop (SK13) area. The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress to ensure all children reach their full potential.
• Differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting teaching approaches where required.
• Deliver targeted interventions and provide 1:1 support sessions for pupils requiring additional assistance.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils' personal, social, and emotional development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold high standards of teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Be committed to inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs.
• Have experience working with pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, or Learning Difficulties.
• Be confident adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements.
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Be passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
