Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Qualified P.E Teacher to join a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Harrow. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality physical education lessons, encouraging students to develop their skills, teamwork, and passion for sport and healthy living across [KS3/KS4/KS5].

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive P.E lessons across a range of sports and activities
  • Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress
  • Organise and contribute to extracurricular sporting activities and fixtures
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialism in Physical Education
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and student development
  • Ability to inspire students of all abilities
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
