We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Birmingham/Walsall area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a school that values the arts and encourages students to develop their musical talents and confidence.
As a Music Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Encourage creativity, performance, and musical development.
- Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, performances, and school events.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for music education and student achievement.
- The ability to inspire and motivate young people.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obatin one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
