Qualified Maths Teacher

Location: Wolverhampton

Start Date: ASAP/ January Start 

Salary: MPS/UPS

About the role: 

The school is looking for someone who can bring Maths to life, someone who wants to inspire curiosity, build confidence and help students see the real world value of what they are learning.You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 with a supportive department, strong resources and a leadership team that listens. Creativity is encouraged, new ideas are welcomed and professional development is supported.

What you'lll be doing:

  • Deliver engaging and meaningful Maths lessons that have impact

  • Create a classroom atmosphere where students feel confident, challenged and motivated

  • Track progress and use data smartly, not stressfully

  • Work with a friendly Maths team that shares resources and celebrates success

  • Contribute to a positive and ambitious school culture

What were looking for: 

  • A qualified Teacher of Maths with QTS

  • Strong curriculum knowledge and a genuine love for the subject

  • A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

  • Someone with energy, creativity and high expectations for students

  • A teacher who wants to connect, inspire and make a long lasting impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
