VACANCY: Maths Teacher (SEN)
Location: Lancaster
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and committed Maths Teacher to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision in Lancaster. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality mathematics teaching to pupils with a variety of learning needs, ensuring that lessons are appropriately differentiated and accessible.
Main Duties:

Deliver structured, personalised maths education

Implement individual learning plans and assess progress

Maintain high standards of classroom organisation and behaviour
-
Work collaboratively with SEN staff and external professionals
-
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and continuous improvement
Person Specification:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
-
Experience within SEN settings (desirable)
-
Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies
-
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
