Full-Time Primary Teacher (QTS Required) – Central Cambridge & Surrounding Areas

Are you a passionate and committed QTS-qualified Primary Teacher with at least 1 year of UK classroom experience? We are working with a range of welcoming and well-resourced primary schools across Cambridge and nearby areas who are seeking talented teachers for full-time, long-term positions, as well as daily supply work - we can work around your schedules!

This opportunity is offered through Teaching Personnel, giving you access to consistent work, excellent support, and local placements that suit your commute.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have at least 1 year of UK-based primary teaching experience

  • Be confident with behaviour management and classroom leadership

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
