Psychology Teacher – Full Time (Temporary Contract)
Lancashire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:40pm
Contract: 6 weeks initially (potential to extend)
Sector: Further Education / Sixth Form
We are working on behalf of a college in Lancashire to recruit a full-time Psychology Teacher for an immediate start. This is a temporary role for 6 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on college requirements.
Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging Psychology lessons to college-level learners

Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum

Assess student work and track progress

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Work collaboratively with departmental staff
Essential Requirements:

Degree in Psychology or a closely related subject

Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or relevant teaching experience

Experience teaching Psychology at FE or sixth-form level (preferred)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
