We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team working across school settings in Bristol. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting children and young people in an educational environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and other professionals to support pupils who may have additional needs, including social, emotional, behavioural, or learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children individually and in small groups within the classroom or specialist settings
-
Assisting with the implementation of support strategies and interventions
-
Observing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress
-
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
-
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Person Specification:
-
A degree in Psychology (or related field)
-
A strong interest in child psychology, developmental psychology, or educational psychology
-
A desire to work with children who may have additional needs
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
-
Experience working with children or in educational settings is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
