Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Psychology graduates to take the leap into education, especially among the SEN sectors!

Why Psychology graduates?  

We have found that many successful support staff as well as practitioners come in the form of psychology graduates. Psychology students have certain cognitive understanding that is very much desired by SEN Schools. You will also have an awareness of different strategies to help those with SEMH as well as the emotional effects of some learning difficulties.

Working in SEN schools can kick-start your career in Psychology, it is great experience for those who are wanting to explore different career options. Many support staff have gone on to become therapists, counsellors and learning other holistic approaches to improving the negative effects of some learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
