Job description

 Psychology Graduate – SEN Support Assistant
Camberley | Specialist Primary & Secondary Schools | ⏰ Full-time (Term-time)

Passionate about mental health and supporting young people? We’re hiring Psychology graduates to work as SEN Support Assistants across Camberley schools, supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support

  • Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, trauma, and emotional regulation needs

  • Use positive behaviour strategies

  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

  • Help create a safe, structured learning environment

About You

  • Psychology degree (or related field)

  • Strong interest in SEN, child development, and mental health

  • Patient, resilient, and empathetic

  • Experience with young people (desirable, not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
