What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with learning, behaviour and confidence
• Using your psychology knowledge to assist children with SEN, SEMH, ASC and ADHD
• Helping implement behaviour strategies and positive routines
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Creating a supportive, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive

What We’re Looking For

• Psychology graduates (or related fields)
• Interest in child development, behaviour or SEN
• Empathy, patience and strong communication
• A proactive, energetic approach
• Keen to build experience for an Educational Psychology career
