Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Launceston and the surrounding Cornwall area.

Whether you are an experienced TA, a Learning Support Assistant, or someone looking to start a rewarding career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
• Helping children build confidence and achieve their learning goals
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required

• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
