Year 4 Class Teacher – Full Time
Location: BH24

Contract: Full-time, long-term
Pay: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
Teaching Personnel, the UK’s market-leading education recruitment agency, is working in partnership with one of our welcoming primary schools in the BH24 area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to start in April 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident classroom practitioner seeking a full-time teaching role with full responsibility, including planning, teaching and marking, within a supportive and well-resourced school environment.
The Role:

Full responsibility for a Year 4 class

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

Completing marking and assessment in line with school policy
-
Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
-
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the senior leadership team
-
Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Hold QTS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)
-
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
-
Be confident in planning, assessment and marking
-
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom practice
-
Be reliable, committed and passionate about teaching
