Class Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2026
Location: Dorset Area - Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join a supportive and collaborative school community from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator to engage pupils in their learning and contribute positively to a well-established team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and colleagues to enhance pupil outcomes
  • Contribute to wider school life, including curriculum development and initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated teacher who can bring energy and consistency to the classroom. You will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the relevant curriculum
  • Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
