Primary Teacher (M3–M6) – Full Class Responsibility
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Fixed Term (1 Academic Year)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher (M3–M6) to join a welcoming and high-performing school from September 2026. The school is part of a forward-thinking and supportive multi-academy trust known for its strong leadership, excellent professional development, and clear progression pathways.

Although the role begins in September, the school is actively reviewing applications and conducting interviews immediately, so early applications are encouraged.

The Role:
This is a full class teaching position with complete responsibility for planning, delivery, and assessment. You will be expected to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive classroom culture
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and trust

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience within M3–M6 pay scale
  • Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a passion for teaching
  • Is committed to continuous professional development
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills

This role is being offered via Teaching Personnel, with an initial fixed-term contract for one academic year. There is potential for longer-term opportunities within the trust for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
