Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for your next full-time teaching opportunity? We are working in partnership with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Northampton, seeking passionate teachers who are committed to inspiring young learners and making a real difference in the classroom.
This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers to gain valuable experience in inclusive school settings, with the potential for long-term or permanent roles.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
-
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
-
Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND and EAL
-
Assess, track, and support pupil progress effectively
-
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
-
Is passionate, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching
-
Has strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
-
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
