Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in High Wycombe. This role offers flexible working options, making it an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for either part-time or full-time hours.
Role Overview:

Teach a primary class within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience and school needs.

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that support pupils’ progress and wellbeing.

Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.

Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and senior leaders to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Contribute to the wider school community, attending meetings and participating in school events where required.

A passionate and committed teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Excellent classroom management and a creative approach to teaching.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
