Job description

Part-Time Primary Teacher (3 Days per Week)
Location: Waterlooville
Start Date: January

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school in Waterlooville on a part-time basis (3 days per week), starting in January.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and positive outcomes for pupils. This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ECT looking for a part-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

  • Assess and support pupils’ progress and wellbeing

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents where required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have experience teaching in a primary setting

  • Be committed, organised, and enthusiastic about teaching

  • Have strong classroom management and communication skills
