Primary Teacher – Stamford Area

Working with Teaching Personnel
Partner Schools Including Our Lady of Lourdes MAT

Location: Stamford and surrounding areas
Contract: Daily Supply, Long‑Term & Permanent Opportunities
Salary: Competitive, dependent on role and experience
Start Date: Flexible

About the Role

Teaching Personnel is working closely with schools in and around Stamford, including a strong partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi Academy Trust. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to support a range of schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

In addition to opportunities within the MAT, we also work with a variety of local primary schools, offering flexibility, variety, and the chance to find a role that truly suits you.

Whether you are looking for day‑to‑day supply, a long‑term placement, or a permanent position, Teaching Personnel can support you every step of the way.

Our Lady of Lourdes Multi Academy Trust is a values‑driven Catholic Trust committed to nurturing the whole child and providing a high‑quality education. Schools within the Trust are supportive, welcoming, and focused on strong community relationships and pupil development.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Have experience teaching in a UK Primary School (ECTs warmly welcomed)
  • Be confident delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability
  • Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
