Location: Coningsby, Lincolnshire
Salary: £130–£180 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team for placements in schools across the Coningsby area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN pupils.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support pupil achievement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
