The Role

As a Primary Teacher working through Teaching Personnel, you could be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in a variety of schools throughout Sheffield. Opportunities include day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements and permanent positions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Working collaboratively with school staff and supporting the wider school community

We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt to different school environments
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
