Teaching Personnel

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel is proud to be the preferred staffing partner for the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (OLoL MAT), and we are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teachers to work across schools in Scunthorpe and the surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are looking for teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 for:

  • Day-to-day supply
  • Short- and long-term roles
  • Part-time and full-time positions
  • Opportunities for permanent placements within the MAT

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons
  • Creating inclusive and positive learning environments
  • Contributing to assessment, planning, and pupil progress
  • Working collaboratively with school leadership and staff

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Teachers (ECTs and experienced teachers)
  • Confident classroom practitioners with strong behaviour management
  • Adaptable and flexible teachers able to work across year groups
  • Passionate educators committed to pupil progress and wellbeing

Required:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
