Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Salford, currently seeking a passionate and committed Year 2 Teacher to join their team from November. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons tailored to Year 2 pupils
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering timely and constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching strategies and curriculum trends
• Confidence in using technology to support learning

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 2 or supporting early career learners
• Strong classroom management skills
