Year 2 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Salford
Start Date: ASAP | Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Salford, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to Year 2 pupils
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports every child’s development
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to share ideas, resources, and best practices
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching practice

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching Year 2 or supporting students at a similar level
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence using educational technology to support learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
