Teaching Personnel is pleased to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Salford, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team from March. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons for Year 2 pupils
• Monitor and assess progress, providing timely and meaningful feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to whole‑school initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs
• Good understanding of effective teaching strategies and curriculum expectations
• Confidence in using technology to enhance learning

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 2 or working with early primary learners
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
