Key Stage 1 Teacher – Full Time | January Start | Lymington
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lymington to recruit an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time position starting in January, running until the end of the academic year.
This role carries full class responsibility, making it an excellent opportunity for a confident and committed educator who is ready to take ownership of planning, teaching and assessment within a KS1 setting. The school is seeking a teacher who can quickly build positive relationships, maintain high expectations and deliver engaging lessons that support early learning and development.
The successful candidate will:

Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1

Be confident with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment and parents’ communication

Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Be committed to inclusive practice and pupil progress

Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
