Full-Time Teacher

Location: Partner School near Exeter, Devon
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and role)
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: 2nd September 2026

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be supporting a well-established partner school located close to Exeter in the recruitment of a Full-Time Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, track, and support pupil progress
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and its community
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers

We’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong classroom practice with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
  • A positive, proactive, and professional approach
