Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time | September 2025 Start
Location: East Grinstead
Salary: Paid to Scale – Dependent on Experience

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator ready to inspire young minds? We are seeking a passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team from September 2025. This is a full-time, full-responsibility position—ideal for a committed professional eager to make a meaningful difference in early education.


The Role:

  • Deliver a creative, engaging, and well-structured Year 1 curriculum

  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s learning journey

  • Lead on planning, assessment, and day-to-day classroom management


What We’re Looking For:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – UK-recognised
✔ Right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship)
✔ Experience or strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
✔ A genuine passion for early years education and child development
